Waterstone Pier

Located on the banks of the south arm of the Fraser River, this project consists of 140 high quality residential units in three condominium buildings. Each of the 4-storey buildings sits on a single level of underground parking providing 233 vehicle stalls.

Additional parking is provided in a single level parkade constructed just below sea level at high tide. This required specialized foundation systems and a partial tanked system of waterproofing. Part of the second phase parking was in a two-level parkade that is fully below sea level and required a fully tanked system.

Extensive landscaping covers the surface of the parkade, which has become an integral part of the walkway system that runs along the bank of the River.
