Gateway of Hope Homeless and Transitional Shelter
Stuart Olson Dominion was selected as the Construction Manager and the General Contractor for the new Gateway of Hope Homeless and Transitional Shelter for the Salvation Army in Langley. We assisted in the development of the project through all stages of the "Pre-construction" phase, and once the design was finalized and the work was tendered, we were contracted with Salvation Army to build the facility under a fixed price contract. This wood frame and steel hybrid building consists of three levels of shelter space, office area, residential units and meeting spaces.
