The Civic Yards project is made up of a number of institutional, industrial-type buildings, constructed on a 28.1 hectare (69.5 acres) industrial site. This unique industrial campus site consists of facilities that house various civic departments and operations. A building summary of the facilities is as follows:

• Building C: Heated Vehicle Storage (24,111 ft²)
• Building D: Heated Vehicle Storage (28,417 ft²)

• Building F: Unheated Vehicle Storage Garage (14,466 ft²)
• Building G: Unheated Vehicle Storage Garage (54,243 ft²)
• Building H: Unheated Vehicle Storage Garage (57,448 ft²)
