Richmond Fire Hall #2

Stuart Olson Dominion was the low bidder on the $3.4 Million Richmond Fire Hall #2. This 9,500 ft² structure houses two truck bays and ancillary spaces and will replace the existing facility. This building is a wood, steel and concrete structure with some unique features, including a geothermal well system, green roof and extensive use of exposed architectural pine beetle wood.
