Richmond City Hall
Stuart Olson Dominion acted as Project and Construction Manager for Richmond's new City Hall. The 120,000 ft2 project includes a nine-storey administration office section, two-storey atrium galleria meeting house and council chamber facility, and a single 90,000 ft2 underground parkade. The building features state-of-the-art data communications and building control systems and has been designed to meet sustainability objectives, which minimize energy cost and provide extensive daylighting and superior air quality.
