Red River College
The Red River College Envelope Restoration resulted in upgrades to all aspects of the exterior façade, including windows and doors, precast panels, air/vapour barriers, and insulation. Buildings D, E, & F are wings that make up a single building with a footprint of approximately 53,000 ft2.
The project was split into three phases spanning over 3 years, with each phase taking place between the months of May and August. Phase 1 consisted of crawlspace insulation and structural investigation. The precast, insulation, air/vapour barrier, and 60% of the windows were completed during Phase 2. Phase 3 saw the completion of the windows and associated barrier connections. The project was mobilized in July 2006, and was complete by August 2008.
