This steel-structured apprenticeship training facility includes classrooms and lecture halls, as well as office space. Comprised of three levels, the 126,8000 ft2 building includes a partial underground parkade that connects with existing structures. Clever budgeting strategies resulted in the project being completed cost effectively.
