As Construction Manager of this 2-phased expansion project, Stuart Olson Dominion is orchestrating a complete renovation of the downtown campus. Sometimes described as a Jigsaw-Puzzle-type of redevelopment, the building has remained fully operational since demolition, which has required extensive decanting/interim facility planning. Upon completion in December 2012, the new campus will provide more classrooms, labs, and administrative areas, and multiple services geared toward student life. The +15 and +30 bridges will connect the new building to not just the main campus building, but also to the rest of downtown. Best of all, the 30-year-old educational facility will be significantly more environmentally-friendly than it once was.
