Edmonds Library
This 17,000 ft2 facility is comprised of a cast-in-place underground parkade, topped with a structural steel frame, clad with a blend of zinc paneling and masonry. The design incorporates a large amount of glazed curtainwall to allow the natural light to flood the interior environment. This $8.8 Million project was complete in 2009, and attained a LEED® Silver designation.
